Gevada Sims
Gevada leads CCUSA’s human resources strategy and has responsibility for HR initiatives to drive organizational performance to meet CCUSA’s mission. She oversees talent acquisition, staffing and retention, cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity initiatives. She also oversees front office operations at the CCUSA national office to ensure that an optimal level of service and hospitality are provided to Catholic Charities member agencies and the community.
