The AmeriCorps member will support the PQI team in helping to develop clear, concise processes that ensure consistent practices to those we serve. Processes will ensure the right information is documented, which in return, allows for consistent and reliable reporting allowing CCA to accurately communicate its impact in helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency. As part of this work, the member will develop a survey for program staff on what they would find helpful in their role in delivering services to children and families across Georgia communities. Based on survey results, a plan will be developed including identified action steps such as drafting process maps. Additionally, the member will support maintaining CCA’s Staff Resource Center, develop a program resources guide, and identify available community resources and help to ensure that information is current and readily available to program staff.

This VISTA position is a part of Catholic Charities USA’s Family Strengthening Program, a national intermediary project. As a member, you will meet virtually with VISTA Leaders and other VISTAs serving throughout the country, all focused on alleviating poverty.
