CCUSA writes DHS appropriations subcommittees in support of EFSP, DRF, NFIP

CCUSA urges Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittees to maintain funding at $120 million for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) and to keep EFSP’s administration at FEMA; to fund federal assistance programs under the Disaster Relief Fund (DRF); and to direct FEMA to provide a mechanism that would bring flood insurance to low income populations.
